For Pizza Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)

1 tsp dry active yeast

1 tsp sugar

3/4 cup lukewarm water
For Pizza Sauce:

2 tomatoes (blanched and pureed)

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp chili flakes

1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp oil
For Toppings:

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 onion (sliced)

1/2 capsicum (sliced)

1/2 tomato (sliced or deseeded)

Sweet corn, olives, jalapeños (optional)

🍳 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. Let it rest for 10 minutes until frothy.

In another bowl, add flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and knead to a soft dough.

Add oil and knead again for 5-7 minutes. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles.
Step 2: Make Pizza Sauce

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Add tomato puree, ketchup, salt, chili flakes, and oregano. Cook till it thickens. Set aside.
Step 3: Roll & Assemble the Pizza

Preheat oven to 200°C (or heat a tawa with lid on low flame).

Punch the dough and divide it into 2 balls. Roll into a circular base of medium thickness.

Place on a greased baking tray or tawa plate.
